This space centers and prioritizes QTBIPOC+ folks, but is welcome to all who think in ways that challenge societal gender norms and the white supremacist patriarchal transphobic status quo that has been taught to us as “normal”.
Making room for all of us gender trash beings to find one another and create the network of G.E.M.’s needed to create a new way thinking, living and being our most authentic self.

Once upon a time in a pandemic that began not too long ago…
G.E.M. started with the idea of being like “hanging at the park with your queer friends” but virtually since 2020.
Facilitated in the spirit of loving as defined by bell hooks, bringing those like minded together to just talk about life, current happenings and how we manage to create new opportunities for a beautiful life in the trenches of this capitalistic hellscape.
“Sometimes we drug ourselves with dreams of new ideas. The head will save us. The brain alone will set us free. But there are no new ideas still waiting in the wings to save us as women, as human. There are only old and forgotten ones, new combinations, extrapolations, and recognitions from within ourselves — along with the new courage to try them out.”
